Signing up for Sherta ERP - for new customers: how to open your account from the pricing page, sign in for the first time, and reset a forgotten password.
Before you start you need: your company name, a work email address you can open, a UAE mobile number, and a password of at least 8 characters.
The whole sign-up takes about two minutes. Your ERP is built automatically while you wait - nobody needs to approve it.
Open shertatech.com/pricing and stay on the CRM / ERP tab. All three choices are on the same row - work through them in order:
The three choices, in order. Free has no time limit; paid plans include a 14-day trial.
| How you send invoices | Where your ERP can be hosted |
|---|---|
| Your ERP is connected directly to the ASP (direct integration) | Inside the UAE only – tick UAE Server. |
| You upload your invoices to the ASP’s e-invoicing portal (Excel upload) | Anywhere – UAE Server is not needed. |
The Create your account page shows the plan, billing cycle and hosting you picked on the left (here Enterprise, Monthly, UAE hosting), and the form on the right. Fill in the fields in order, then click Continue to payment (Create my free account on the Free plan).
The sign-up form, Enterprise plan with UAE hosting.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Company name | Your company's name as you want it to appear in the ERP. |
| Work email | A real address you can open. This becomes your sign-in name, and password reset links are sent to it. Each email can hold only one account. |
| Mobile number (UAE) | The 9 digits after +971, for example 501234567. |
| Password / Confirm password | At least 8 characters, typed the same in both boxes. Passwords are case-sensitive. |
If something is not right, a red message appears at the top of the form and nothing is created - correct it and continue.
Example: a password shorter than 8 characters is refused before anything is created.
With UAE Server ticked you can skip this step. It only appears if you did not choose UAE hosting: a yellow FTA data residency notice explains that your ERP data will be held outside the UAE. To continue:
The data residency acknowledgement. It is not shown if you chose UAE hosting.
On a paid plan you are taken to the payment page next. The Free plan skips this step.
Enter the card details and click Authorize & pay. Your plan and amount are shown on the left.
A Setting up your system screen appears while your ERP is built. It takes about a minute. Do not close or refresh the page.
Your own ERP database and application are created during this minute.
When it finishes you are taken straight to your ERP's sign-in page. Bookmark it - it is the address you will use every day.
Your sign-in page depends on where your ERP is hosted:
| Hosting | Sign-in page |
|---|---|
| Outside the UAE | apps01.shertatech.com/login.php |
| UAE Server | apps001uae.shertatech.com/login.php |
Sign-in page (outside the UAE).

The same message appears whether or not the email has an account - this protects your privacy.
The page the email link opens.
| Good to know | |
|---|---|
| Link lifetime | The link works for 15 minutes and only once. |
| More than one email | Only the newest link works - asking again cancels the earlier one. |
| No email arrived | Check spam, wait a minute and ask again. If it still does not arrive, the address may not be the one you signed up with - contact support. |
After signing in you land on your ERP's home dashboard. The menu along the top gives you every module in your plan; the Help button on each screen opens the guide for that screen.
The ERP home dashboard (example company). A new account starts empty - the tiles and KPIs fill in as you add customers, suppliers, quotations and invoices.
| Where | What it is |
|---|---|
| Top bar | Your company and location on the left; Help, your user name and today's date on the right. |
| Menu | Every module in your plan - Masters, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, GL, AR, AP, HR and more. Start with Masters to add your customers, suppliers and products. |
| Tiles | Live counts - customers, suppliers, employees, quotations, sales orders and invoices. More info opens the list. |
| KPI panels | Month, quarter and year-to-date figures compared with the previous period. Pick a date and click Update. |
E-invoicing is opened separately from the ERP plans, and always runs on UAE-resident servers. For every screen inside the portal - the questions, document upload and quotation - see the E-Invoicing Portal Guide.

Afterwards, sign in at einvoiceuae.shertatech.com. It has its own Forgot your password? link.
